Sometimes Joomla ( or WP or others ) are just way more than you or your customer may need for a simple web site.

This is a PhP drop in and go script. No datbase required as it stores content in flat files. Comes with a few basic templates.htm  You can edit those and the css files to make them your own.

This was written with PhP8 in mind.
