Many remember the well known and awsome email form known as FlexiContact Pro.  I used it then the developer left the scene due to health reasons and the extension ceased to be updated or made available.

This is my GPL fork of that famous form mail script. Included now is a Stripe payment gateway. No longer requires the annual $19.95 license to Les. Download once and use to your heart's content.
